Terrible Service Run From This Pyramid Scheme Operation
Your first encounters with the unlimited is always polite and fast, but believe me that will be the last. I had policy with them and they paid out after the 3 months of being with them for a claim. There after I continued to pay for 2 and half years before to put in a claim. I put in the claim Aug 2021 and it is now Nov 2021 and I got no response. I have called the various times to follow up until I called last week to cancel. The lady told she will get back to me immediately and it was 3 days later and I still got no response. Cancellation is even taken seriously. I had to call again. This company operates like a pyramid scheme they only pay out the first time and there after treat you bad. If you really want to go with this company sign get paid out and run. Don't be stupid like me.
