Terrible Service - Changed My Policy Without Proper Notice
I’ve been a loyal client since 2018 and never missed a payment. My hospital plan covered both illness and accidents. For years, you phoned me about any policy changes. Not this time.
You changed my entire policy to accident-only cover and claim you sent an email. I never got it. I only found out when I tried to claim.
I’ve now paid 5 months for useless cover. No phone call, no loyalty, no respect for a long-term client.
Fix this or refund me from the time the change took place. People deserve to know this is how you treat loyal customers

02 May 2026, 13:51How convenient. According to the consultant I spoke to today, I was informed. Your consultant told me about an email you supposedly sent in January and nicely suggested I check my spam or junk mail. If there is such a major change to a policy, you should have made sure I was informed. If your emails are going to spam, as per your consultant, then you should make sure your customer knows — if you actually value me. Apparently you don’t. And because you sent an email, all is well? I want my money back from the date this policy changed, or change my plan back to its original terms.
