Terrible service

Service is terrible. I have complained on this site about the same company before and to date, my issues has not been resolved, I make calls at my own costs because they promise to call you , but never do. They always say same story, " we are receiving High call volume". Yes I'm guessing people are calling to complain about their service. TERRIBLE
