Terrible service

Terrible service. I have been struggling with a pothole claim for almost 6 months. They never come back to yo and when you call in again to follow up you have to tell the entire story to a different person again.

I have pothole cover on my policy but every time when I want to claim they say I am not covered for that, I then told them that they have to go listen to the recording when I signed up. After they did the an investigation the saw that I do have pothole cover. Now when I call in to submit my claim they still say I am not covered and then it is the same story all over again.
