Terrible customer service and turnaround time
Ho Good day. I put through a claim on the 09th july and still havent received any feedback. I called and spoke to Ntombifuthi mnomiya and she said i musy send it to her which i did but no response. I emailed her to ask her if she got my email but nothing. This is ridiculous and very disappointing.
