Terrible company

I took out a scratch and dent policy a few months back. Premiums were always paid and up to date. When I submitted a claim it took them over one month for an outcome. The outcome was that the claim is rejected because the quote from one of their listed panel beaters was too high. I even asked to be paid out the R 4000 which was the cover limit and I will pay the balance but they refused. I would personally not recommend this company to anyone. It's all nice when they want you to sign up but when it's time to pay a claim they always make up some stupid stories.
