Terrible Company

<p>i have a scratch and dent cover with The Unlimited - i took the cover because i have read and understood the terms and conditions -on their conditions they say nothing about using their panel beater or mine , now i have claimed and they refuse to pay me because they telling me i used a wrong panel beater. what i dont understand is its my car at the end of the day whether i take it to s****yard or somewhere where do they fit in as their cover is to pay me those R3000 cents. i do follow ups with my airtime - i send mails with data because they know nothing about having a client i really need my money </p>
