With all the technology in the world?! You email me the document but I must post it or courier it back?! You want the original? Quite pathetic I would say. One printed on my side it isnt an original any longer but a copy. I have emailed it back. Not good enough. Need to courier or post it. My oh my. What can I say. Company policy you tell me. so sad. How in the hell does the unlimited pay funerals on time or does one have to do it on an account untill your company decides you have all the "original" documents? Must say others pay out within 48 hours and that after documents have been emailed. No really. I cant get over this one.
