Taking money without agreeing to the policy
I never agreed on taking the policy and now they deducted money from my account. I did not even received any policy document or policy number.

It was our FREE personal accident cover and we did not debit your account for it. The last time we debited your account was in April of 2015, for your Heli Rescue Plus policy which you cancelled on the 30/04/2015.
