Taking money after you said no
I got a call about the unlimited elite rescue plan. I listened to the women but I said no to the policy. About a week later They deducted the R200 and then the R 119.99. I also received the documentation and a card after I said no to the policy. I am trying to stop the policy. I also want a full refund because I never authorised them to sign me up for the policy.
