Struggling to get my money back

I was on my way to college was approached by a sales guy he was doing everything in a hurry and I was also in a hurry to get to college.Only afterwards I read through it as he didn't explain nothing not even amount all he was bragging about was the free airtime I then wrote a email requesting them to cancel this on the 19/04/2025 on which they responded to on the 22/04/2025 and I was told within 24-48 hours a consultant will contact me up until now none however today 25/04/2025 they debited from my account on me questions this I was told I had to give 5 business days notice.i want this policy cancelled and my money paid to me as the agent was misleading.
