Still waiting for forms to put a claim for months

I have unsuccessfully tried to use this service that I have been paying for for years twice already. It is really upsetting to see a total lack of commitment from one of the first companies to debit my account when my salary comes in. To take my money is really quick and easy but for me to get a return phone call or even the promised documents to make the claim seems impossible. <br> <br> Either sort my car out or return every installment that I have paid over the years and I will do the repair on my own. I am fedup now. <br>
