Still waiting for approval beyond 48hours!!!?? AE: 159078
I submitted a Mag repair claim to Nicole Royn Leslie on 12 April 2018 11:00 i was told that approval will take 24-48 working hours, to date still no feedback. Your Call Centre Agents especially Kim! extremely Rude.
No joy from your service & to think i've been paying for this service for over a year without any claims. Pathetic!
