Still waiting for a responce after there chosen panel beater did a poor job

<p>I made a claim for my bakkie to remove a couple of dents and scratches. They told me to get quotes which I did. One panel beater didn't send through a quote so they said they will get another panel beater to send them a quote. I took my vehicle to that panel beater they provided and after a week I went to pick up my vehicle and the paint job was done very poorly with ripples all over the back door. I refused to accept the vehicle like that so New Trend Panel Beaters said they will fix it. Another week went by and again the same thing but this time the grain on the paint was wrong and again you can clearly see the ripples on the door. I refused to sign that the job was done to my satisfaction and took my vehicle. After a couple of days I notise that the other door where they removed the minor dent, had a ugly scratch on the inside of the door that was never there before. I emailed the unlimited with fotos and demanded that they need to sort it out. This was now almost a month ago and nothing has been done. I called numorous times and never get any feedback. Now I'm worse off than before with a door that doesn't match the rest of my vehicle and an ugly scratch on another door on the inside. I've been to other panel Beaters and they confirmed that the paint job was done poorly. </p>
