Stay away from The Unlimited Auto Elite

I have logged my claim for scratch and dents via their website on the 10th January 2018and submitted the required documentation on the 25th January 2018. Till to date the claim hasn't been finalized. Every time I call them they say "THEY ARE CONTACTING THE SERVICE PROVIDER". They surely the miss the Debit date but sure do IGNORE YOU once you claim. I will surely cancel my policy with them they are ****** and UNRELIABLE.
