So disappointed!

I wrote a review on this site after REALLY struggling with communication with this company. After the review someone phoned and assisted me in a wonderful way. I changed my rating an review. Case was not resolved, but I felt thankful. Last Friday I e-mailed a response and posed a lot of questions as needed assistance from that person - in order to continue with process. No feedback. I have emailed her daily ever since. No answer. If feels like I was only assisted until I changed the review? Week later - still no assistance. I stared emailing other e-mail addresses I could find. Luckily - unipersonal response - asking for phone number. No call received up to yet. This customer is in desperate, desperate need for assistance and it seems like nobody cares? Only responded when hello peter review was changed...then..silence. Wow...I am really disappointed. My heart BREAKS for this lady! She is going through so much trauma!!!
