This company is a bunch of ******* canceled my policy the next day after taking out yet I am still debited. They lie and force you to take out their insurance!

Usually when this happens, it's due to cancelling your policy too close to the debit date as we require a notice period of 5 working days to give us sufficient time to stop the debit order from going through to your bank. 24 Apr 2026, 08:25Hi I cancelled on the 17th April and debited on 24th I think I gave enough notice as I only had taken the policy the day before! I have called in and they said I will receive my refund I hope so!
