She cuts the call without even saying thank you
You brag so much about being the best company to work for, but you need to teach your sales staff to be more polite. I got a call about your product and as soon as I told the lady that I have a maintenance plan on my vehicles, she just puts the phone down without even saying thank you or goodbye. The arrogance clearly shows.
