Service is BAD no value for money

I called to claim since i qualify for a claim of R3000 followed all the necessary steps went to do my quote nothing happened this was 3 weeks back but i couldnt take it any longer went to fix my car with my own money and called them to cancel my contract ASAP they just asked how much i spent and said ok your contract has been canceled. REALLY THATS ALL??? i took this contract with 6 of my friends and told them what has just happened and advised them to save their money and invest it else where and cancel their contracts. This is the reason why you guys will never grow or compete with the big companies. Service is BAD and what you are doing is theft!!!!
