Service delivery? WHAT A JOKE!!! - THE UNLIMITED?????
I have a scratch and dent policy with these people, and what a regretful decision this is, So first of all try to claim there is either excuses or empty promises to send details for panel beaters, secondly price increases without any notification and you get told when signing up for the policy that the price remains the same and won't go up, third of all you try to cancel and it is a struggle for 4 months to get someone to contact you and then they try to convince you to stay, so OK you say yes and they say will send details within the next few minutes, then you wait and don't receive anything, just more empty promises
WHAT A JOKE!!!! WORST SERVICE DELIVERY EVER WON'T RECOMMEND ANY PERSON TO JOiN
