**** Service

I got stinking service from the unlimited They were fast to take my money but extremely slow and unprofessional with there service... This has forced me to cancel my policy with them and even that took forever to do until I had to take time and call them and even got bad service from canceling... I put in a claim last year and after sending 5 emails for authorization I finally got it after 2weeks which supposedly takes 48hours but according to them it was my fault... I finally canceled today and the consultant was rude forcing me to tell him y i need to cancel.... This service they give u is **** and slow they email say u will receive a response in 48hours but for them its like 48days and even then they don't reply until you call in and talk to them...
