Seems like a written cancellation doesn't cut it!!

A few months ago I subscribed to this \wonderful idea"of getting bumps and scratches fixed at a monthly fee of only R149.99. After I signed on the application that I want the debit order to go down on the 28th of each month - they kept on deducting on the 23rd. After a bunch of phone calls and emails the problem was never rectified. I decided to cancel my subscription in March because of the hassles...Up to date the subscription has not been cancelled and my account has been debited twice for the amount of R149.99.<br> <br> Please cancel this subscription ASAP and refund the money!!!!<br> <br> P.S - the debit order eventually went of on the correct date - but that was after the cancellation letter was sent..."""
