Scratches for my car and lack of services on unlimited insurance

I am so tired of this company, I've had this policy since 2017 and I have not received any feedback or my claims that I have called for, for so many. All my claims down the drain because I called the company to claim for my scratches and there's has been response till now. I am sick and tired of this disgusting services, all I want is to claim.
