Scratch and Dent Polocy- **** tactics and shocking rejection

I strongly warn anyone considering taking out a scratch and dent policy with Unlimited – this company is misleading and *********.

I have been paying premiums for almost a year, trusting that I would be covered for minor scratches and dents — exactly what the policy is marketed for. When I finally submitted a claim, I was made to run around getting quotations, only to have my claim rejected on the basis that the panels were "cracked, ripped or torn."

This is completely outrageous. I claimed for scratches and dents — and now you're telling me scratches and dents are not minor enough? All of this without anyone even physically assessing the damage. They simply re**** on the quote to reject the claim.

The policy is clearly designed to frustrate customers, avoid payouts, and hide behind vague technicalities. Consumers are misled at the point of sale, and when it matters most — during a claim — you're left high and dry. I was warned about them but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but I also got ****med.

Unlimited Scratch and Dent Insurance is a complete waste of money. Do not fall for it.
