Scratch and Dent Policy...Stay Away!!!!!!!

Please stay away from this company, they make everything seem like unicorns and rainbows when you sign up, but when it comes to laying a claim, they find every trick in the book to avoid, Please note that this is my second vehicle with the unlimited, This is my first claim with my new vehicle , so like there terms and conditions they advised after two debit orders I could claim, I`ve done everything as advised and now they have come back to me to say that they can only pay for one rim, Because the assessor cannot see the scratches in the pictures!!!!!, A quote of R4000 and only paying a R1000, where must i now get the balance of the money from.
