People, beware of this so-called The Unlimited scratch and dents policy. It's a ****, don't ever go there. Saying this from experience, they're bunch of liers. I've canceled my police with immidiate effect.

We've had a look at our system, and we see that our claims team assisted you earlier and explained our claims process. Unfortunately, you can't personally repair your car and only claim from us after doing so. We have a claims process that needs to be followed when claiming, which you didn't follow. We're truly sorry if you had any misunderstanding regarding your cover and our claims process.
