4 years ago I joined them for accident and funeral policy and they had cash back clause that after 48 months for paying consequtive I will get a year cash back ,now October when I'm supposed to claim for cash back dey tell me that clause has changed, the only time u get cash back is when I the main member dies and the will give the person who claims .and they lie saying they have sent me papers about that change which I never receive any documents from them by email nor post .I feel like dey just e joy taking our monies bt dnt fullfil their promises and when I joined the said the policy its R180 and I won't increase bt today dey debit R326 monthly
