**** or real service

My experience is as follows: Upon having a claim , I firstly sent 2 quotations to the ********** email address. both myself and one of the 2 panel tips forwarded the email as well. after a few days had passed I called them and asked if they received it , and to my surprise they did not receive anything, however the lady i spoke to assured me she will mail me directly and I should reply to that email with the 2 quotations. once again nothing came though and junk mail was also checked. I then called back to the call centre , and after a few minutes of covers ton the cll cut , and no one called me back, so this would mean calling again and going through the whole ordeal again . any way i called in pointed out that I am irate and have a good mind of cancelling both my policies, to which the service rep (mohammed) took no effect to as he went on complimenting me on the car. thats when I stopped him and told him without any further ado he should please cancel both policies which he did immediately. whether the cancellation was done properly or not , time will tell. The service seems like a waste of time and perhaps if they make it difficulty enough we wont put claims thru or less claims will go through. really dismal experience. the sales people are on point tho as i signed up one car and promised in a few months ill sign up another and they promptly called me to get the second car loaded
