**** and every inconsiderate ,they never payout rather look for loopholes

I got involved in a car accident I requested a helicopter as my policy offers but never got it because they said I am stable.I was admitted for more than a month in ICU, My policy say get R1000 payout for 100days ,upon claiming the insurance want a motivation from the Dr as to why I was in hospital for long. I don’t understand I was in an MVA it’s obvious hospitalisation will take long !!!!

Furthermore they wanted hospital account with ICD-10 and procedures that are impossible to get right away and The unlimited put a short time frame to submit claims and say failure to submit in time will result in rejection of claim by the Insurer owing to undue delay in submitting requisite claims assessment documents. and every day the waiting dates of submission gets reduced and they don’t even communicate why even though I’ve send messages that the matter is that the hospital and Dr takes time.
