I am very much disappointed that this matter had to go this far for me to be able to get some kind of action from your company, and that my claim has now been rejected due to reasons I am failing to understand when I took this policy, never was it mentioned to me anything about pre existing conditions that may lead to my claim being rejected however I did mention that my child had cerebral palsy. The reasons I'm being given to me seem to be ************** against my son for having had cerebral paly (pre existing condition) where do we as parents with children with these conditions run when even a simple thing as covering them with policies like yours abuse us emotionally I don't understand why a policy would not pay out a natural death claim as it states on the death certificate is this the policy of your company not to pay out claims to people with special needs.
