SAVM Scratch & Dent Cover , The Unlimited

Absolutely disappointed with their Scratch & dent division. Today marks a full month since I logged a claim and my car is still not fixed. Firstly their approved repairer they gave me to get a quote from didn’t want to do business with them and was very rude to me. I reported that and they gave me a second one , got the quote and submitted everything they require on the email provided by them for submissions. A week later when I was checking the progress of the claim , they told me they haven’t received any documents from me. Later said I sent to the wrong email , mind you which was provided by their consultant on email , like how?? Then it was a system issue , offline for 2 days. Thereafter they are now waiting for the approver. I have been following up every day , last week I was told by Wednesday , latest Thursday I will get feedback. A new week has started & As of today 3rd of December , I called and they are still waiting for the approver. Funny how they are always the first debit to go off when it’s payment date & yet get such service when it’s time for them pay.
