Runaround

I have a policy with the unlimited and hv been paying timously with no fail. Now that I desparately need them- they're giving me the run around and continue to make empty promises. As per your procedure I needed to get two quotes accompanied by other things which I did. As per your promise I was suppose to recieve feedback within 24 hours. It's pulling 3 weeks now, I've called three times and " there's nothing about my claim on the system, we will investigate" . I don't understand!!!!!!! No one investigates and no one gets back to me as promised. I'm at my wits end. I need to sell my car and I am going to loose a great deal. Please help me!!! Someone!anyone!'
