RUDENESS

I just received a call from one of your agent who wanted to offer me something. while he was explaining himself, i got another call on my other line. i then hung up on the agent. he then called me back again and wheni answered, i asked him to call me back at 1pm. he said he would call me back at 1pm and then he asked me if i hung up on him and i said yes i did. he then asked me why i hung up on him. he contuinued to say that\ you could've just asked me to call you at 1pm and not hang up on me
