Rude call centre agent

<p>I just received a call from one of your agents from ********** 190.</p> <p>He started off with a story about cover for the car that I currently drive. I asked him where he got my information and he rep**** with a very rude:"What information?" When I explained that I wanted to know where he got my details he rep****:"Hey buddy, look, just have a good day." and hung up... Now Mr. Auto Elite, I am not your "buddy" and I have the right to know where you got my details if you call me. I have opted out of all telemerketing on the national opt out database and therefor I demand that you provide me with the information that I asked. How and where did you get my details? I expect to receive this information within 7 days or I will be taking this further.</p>
