Roadside Assistance

On the 30th May 2015 i was driving where i ran out of petrol in my car. I than contacted my insurance and ask them to assist me with Petrol as part of the my benefit to enable me to reach nearest garage.My call answered by a lady where she asked some questiomns to make sure i'm the owner of the vehicle,She than transferred me to a Roadside assistance department so that they can arrange a petrol for me. They asked the same questions to verify that i'm the own but i was shocked to find that they don't have my details on their side and they can't assist me . I tried other means of assistance from my friends, On the 1st of June i lodged a complain about their service and asked all my premiums that i've paid since they failed to fillfull their promises.And they promised to make follow up in my case but up until today i haven't recieved any feedback from their side. I WANT ALL MY PREMIUMS THAT I'VE PAID INCLUDING THE JOINING FEES and them to CANCEL MY POLICY .
