This company is a total ****, I have been paying them since May for scratch and dent policy, was told I can claim for existing scratches after the first debit went through, I made my countless enquiries with the agent that sold me the policy, who is Thabile, who told me to download the app, of which I did and scanned the pictures as required, no feedback was given, I then called into the call centre, they told me the same thing, of which again they didn't give feedback, I then went back to the agent, who told me they escalated my matter, I was then given an email address for Timmylee, of which to date they have not been responding to any of my mails, even after sending pictures to her email as well, yet they still debit me, I warn all people who decide to get a policy with them not to, its a huge **** and *******
