Ridiculous rejection of claim by the Unlimited !!!

I have a scratch and dent policy with the unlimited. I took it out for minor dents and scratches on my car. Last week, I accidently hit the kerb, damaging my front bumper. I submitted a claim to the unlimited with quotes within the limits. My claim was rejected as they have said that the bumper was not scratched or dented, but torn. This damage was not even caused by my incident that happened last week, but previously. It is not even close to the damage caused recently. I asked that they just repair the damage from last week, but they refused. I am disgusted by the way I this matter has been handled.
