Resolved claim happy customer
Hi my name is cheryl.
I had a complaint with the unlimited funeral policy they never paid out our claim, So I decided to put it on hello Peter
But I must say after all that someone did assist us by the name Mbali very friendly and helpful lady she had sent us all the documents to put in the claim she rep**** rapidly on emails, when all our documents was sent and corresponding the paid us out with in 2 day.
I am very happy with the assistance I got this time for the unlimited. As I've disused with Mbali maybe it was just a communication problem from the call Centre at the time.
I am very happy we got paid out and thanks for the great service Mbali
