REJECTION OF CLAIMS
The Unlimited has given me countless difficulties on claims. <br> They stated cover for dentistry yet refused to compensate even a portion of my claim for an emergency root canal. <br> <br> August 2015, I got extremely ill due to severe back pain. My fiance rushed me to hospital. Understanding that the policy is not a medical aid, I had to pay. When I submitted the documentation to claim everything had been rejected. <br> <br> After being a loyal client and referring my entire family and network of colleges to The Unlimited, their incompetency forced me to the cancellation of my policy as well as others.<br> <br> A week back, The Unlimited phoned me offering their Heli Rescue service. It was an amazing deal yet I immediately refused. Their call agents mislead clients thinking that they will be entitled to various benefits yet cover none of them. I did not want to be left once again to pay medical bills The Unlimited presumed to cover.
