Rejected claim has now been approved -
I just received a call from Mbali Mthethwa stating that my rejected claim was reviewed and payment will be made today. Mbali you kept your word explaining to me the reason for rejection was on what i submitted and not what my husband died of. i sent the additional letter yesterday and email Mbali
Mbali thank you for taking your time to escalated to the relevant department and this has been approved after review. i know if i was in your shoes i would have made you wait longer after the way i spoke to you the first time when the claim was rejected
