Rejected claim for having different tyres with different brand lol! IMAGINE!
So I've been paying them for months and when I want to claim for tyres then they came with a story of that my tyres have to be the same brand for them to approve claim and replace like who in their right mind would keep tyres the same brand of a 2013 model car when it's 2020, I'm don't even care what brand they replaced mine with, I just wanted a tyre plain and simple, not all this red tape.. never again will i take up a policy with these guys, they all noce and friendly and all easy to debut but claim it's a different story, I heard people saying but didn't know I was about to witness for myself, never ever!!

03 Sept 2020, 16:09Thanks for calling, as long as we don't pretend like my issue was resolved then all is ok, still driving with my spare wheel for a couple of days which I think is the main reason people take up such policies not the red tape, still will never know how is any of your concern if I'm driving with same brand tyres or not instead of just changing the tyre causing the issue end of story but anyway I have canceled all my policies with you guys, peace of mind.. better knowing I have no policy then playing for a policy that will easily take money and come with a 1000 reasons of why not to give me the benefits I've been paying for, no regrets.

04 Sept 2020, 11:52As I said.. I don't get how on earth that remotely affect you guys, instead of simply replacing a messed up tyre as it is in a nutshell the mandate of the policy but I guess it makes some sense to you that I will never understand or the logic behind it but as I said, I've canceled so we sorted, thank you and bye.
