Refusing canselation
I am very upset with your service ! I have called more than 3 times to cancel my package with you . Not once have they put me though to the correct department to help me cancel my package . Your customer service is extremely bad and will not support or recommend your service to any body I know . Please ensure to work on your bad service !!
