Refusal to cancel debit order
Honestly speaking I don't know what's wrong with this Insurance company or whatever they call themselves.
In June, the 21st 2019, I instructed that they cancel my policy for dents and scratches which according to me was a waste of my hard earned money.
I have been reversing debit orders from my bank account from June to date and now am tired of doing same thing every month. I can't afford to phone them on the number provided as I'm not sure if it is a free line or not.
Can somebody contact me and get the details for immediate cancellation please. I cant keep on reversing your debit orders guys, its becoming expensive for me please.
