Quick to take your money

<p>On 30/8 Brandon Barnard phoned me about their policy, confirming that it will only deduct on 01/10 and that I have a 30-day cancellation period. On 31/8 I received another phone call from Heli rescue wanting to upgrade my policy. After I told the guy I'm still waiting for the documents, he sent it to me via email. The next day I sent an email cancelling my policy after realising it will not be beneficial to me. Big was my surprise when I received an SMS from my bank for insufficient funds for my debit orders. On 05/09 I sent another email asking for a refund. I received another phone call from a very rude lady who was trying to convince me that I do want the policy. Eventually, she cancelled the policy but said they first had to listen to the original phone call and it will take up to 14 days. I asked for a copy of the transcript but hasn't received anything yet. It took them 2 days to take my money but will take 14 days to give it back. I'm sorry it doesn't work like that. </p>
