Promised service but not delivered

After I joined them for scratches and minor dents repair and after two consecutive monthly premium payments I called them to come and repair very small scratches but hey technicians came and wash the car and left,<br> <br> I was not happy but up to so far I am waiting for my money back, They refuse,is this the way they use to rip us off
