Promise not actioned

I received a call early march 2014 from a guy presenting me with the The Unlimited Elite Rescue plan. I agreed to it gave all my info and everything, he took my address and told me I will be receiving a welcome pack with all the T&C's and all the info I need... Well firstly I am still waiting for this. Secondly I was paying R99.99 a month and now its gone to R109.00 for what??? I have called in couple days after placing the order to cancel the order, and i have received a confirmation text confirming the cancellation. But the cancellation wasnt done. I went to my bank today to stop the direct debit,whereby i had to pay R45 for canceling the direct debit and it only happens for 3 months. i called the customer service again today to place another cancellation cause the first one wasn\t done. I have requested for the customer service team to refund me with an amount of R2186 as that is the total charge which they kept taking out from my bank account and the bank charges. From June 2014-October 2015 (R99.99*17=R1699.83) From November 2015-Feburary 2016(R109.00*4=R436.00) plus the R45 the bank charged me to cancel the direct debit. I got debited for February and it wasn't even pay day."
