Pretorius unhappy

I sold my car last year February and send The Unlimited several notifications to cancel my policy. They didn't do it and deduct every month a premium. I stop it at the Bank but The Unlimited still deduct a premium from my Bank account. I don't no what else to do, I am so discussed in this compony, I will never revere any clients to them.
