POPI Violation - Repeatedly!
The Unlimited should check were they get their data from. The first cold call I received from them, I immediately requested for my information to be removed from their system and not to be contacted again. I've never signed up to a calling list nor was I ever a customer. I have been called five times since and each time I requested very nicely to remove my details. They are already breaching POPI by cold calling without consent, but repeatedly calling me after I requested to have my data removed permanently- nothing was done. As someone who has implemented POPI, I suggest you go and read the Act again.
