POPI disregard and unprofessional conduct bordering harassment
Calls during working hours interrupting consumers during work. Rude and unprofessional call attendants who interrogate consumers who ask for their details to be deleted, and are exercising their right to be forgotten in terms of POPI. I was told "why the need for drama" and "I'm a nice guy so you should listen to me" after I warned him that I am an attorney and that he is refusing to allow me to exercise my right to be forgotton.
