Poorest of all services. Uncompassionate and unreasonable

I called the Unlimited on the 8th of March, informing them about my Mom's passing. Then said, I haven't been paying my contributions. I sent them proof, funny that they always deducted from my bank, and this month is even worse, they double deducted, please return my money. Then, the funeral claims documents were sent to me, I explained that my Mom never used the Doctor, she passed from natural causes, then a Lady from the Claims department sent in form that required less from the old form. The whole 12 days went by, around 1700 on Monday, I receive an email citing that there are some documents missing. 1. Why did you wait until the last day to have the claim paid, why wasn't I told during the whole week from the 22nd to the 25th of March, I am only told on the 28th 2. Why do send in the email at 1700 when you close your offices. LET ME REMIND YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 16 YEARS. I need help, I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post. Sue

Ooh, how I wish everyone was as effient and prompt as you are, at the Unlimited. We wouldn't be here I tell you.
But anyway, I thank you.
I will patiently wait for their call, just like my 17 years of contributions.

Oooh, what a day. After a full on marathon towards what was rightfully mine, the Unlimited ultimately gave me my dues. I'm am unfortunately not going to thank anyone because this is what was supposed to have been done.
Your service still remains *very bad*
Although they are a few good Ones, Mbali., your efforts are noticed.
As I bid my goodbyes to a 16 year relationship.
The Unlimited...
You are something else.
